Legacy Family Therapy
Creating connection - Changing Narratives - Improving Lives
Legacy Family Therapy Welcome

"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."  Victor Frankl

This might be the year to start the journey of healing and growth toward an authentic, joyfilled life.

Thank you for your interest in Legacy Family Therapy. As a marriage and family therapist I look forward to helping you start on the journey of exploration of your life,  your family and relationships, and your community.

Michael White: "The person is not the problem", the problem is creating challenges in the person's life.

Be Encouraged
Investigating therapy implies you are looking for ideas to create and develop new ways of living your life, or interacting in relationships. This can be difficult and can leave you feeling vulnerable. In the midst of struggles and challenges - sorrow, grief, pain, disappointment, worry and fear - it is easy to lose sight of desires, values, and even yourself. Though you may feel overwhelmed and stuck, the steps you are taking right now are the beginning of a new journey toward preferred ways of living.

Your Story Matters
By investigating and reflecting upon your life experiences, therapy promotes discovery and nurtures transformation and growth. It can reignite hidden/forgotten parts of yourself. As a narrative therapist, I am dedicated to this transformation. I want to hear, honor, and explore your story; the challenges, struggles, and growth and successes with you - how you arrived where you are and the direction you prefer as you move forward.

It is a pleasure to serve you. If you have questions do not hesitate to call:
